AFI Research Funding
Early Career Grants
Early Career Grants support young researchers in their work.
- Researchers who have completed a PhD within the last six years can apply for up to €60,000 for a maximum period of two years.
- Funding is awarded to projects that significantly advance our understanding of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias in the fields of basic research, diagnostics, prevention and therapy.
- Applicants must be employed at a German public state university or certain research institution (see guidelines).
Applications must be submitted via the AIMS application platform.
