Research Grants
The Alzheimer Forschung Initiative e.V. awards annual grants for innovative and promising projects investigating Alzheimer’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease related dementias.
Research grants are open to both early-career and experienced researchers.
- Funding of up to €200,000 is available for a period of three years.
- Funding is awarded to projects that significantly advance our understanding of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias in the fields of basic research, diagnostics, prevention and therapy.
- Applicants must be employed at a German public state university or certain research institution and hold a doctoral degree or higher.
Applications must be submitted via the AIMS application platform.
